Dhaulagiri Panorama Trek is one of the shortest and moderate treks with memorable and exciting times in the comfort of nice local lodge with rooms facing views of mountains and warm hospitality of hill people. Dhaulagiri Panorama Trek is starting from Nayapul to the first day a relatively easy hike till Ghandruk. Next day we go for hiking to Ghorepani which is literally more challenging due to the significantly steep line itself followed of the way. We guarantee many people recommend this route the opposite way but its difficulty is a good warm up to the day.
This trek starts from the beautiful and clean city Pokhara which is a famous touristic place blessed with mountains-rolling hills and serene lakes where Annapurna Himalaya reflect on its calm waters making one of the unique places on earth. After that, a short drive leads towards green hills dotted with many farm villages, where walk leads to a climb past Ulleri village and into a beautiful forest of tall rhododendron and magnolia trees. In the spring seasons, this whole country turns magic with wild-flowers including rhododendron in full this area regarded as the world’s largest natural garden with views of Annapurna and Dhaulagiri mountains.
The trail passes from Ghorepani with the attractive view of Dhaulagiri which is dominated by lush green woodland, where a morning hike takes you to Poon Hill at above 3,210 m. Poon Hill leads you with an excellent panorama of Dhaulagiri range of mountains with Manaslu and Lamjung Himal includes majestic Machhapuchhre Himal with the amazing view of sunrise. You have a chance of analyzing the cultural diversity, languages, custom, and tradition of local people with good hospitality manner. We promise to make your trip joyful and memorable.
