Nirekha Peak

Nirekha is in the Mahalangur Region, deep in the Himalayas, close to the Tibetan border and hidden among the well-known giants of Everest, Cho Oyu, and Cholatse. Only recently has it been opened up to Western climbers. The climb itself is relatively straightforward, though it does require ice-axe, crampons and some fixed rope sections. It is a very do-able climb for anyone in good shape and with a desire for high adventure.Flight to Lukla and continues trekking to Namche Bazar and acclimatization in Namche Bazar.Namche Bazar is one of the Luxury place and there is facilities for E-mail Internet and shopping and Renting center for climbing Gear etc.

About two hrs walk up to Kyangjuma and there is separate the trail and one left north trail goes to Gokyo Valley perhaps your picnic will be in Mungla 3900m.this is one of the best view point of Thamaserku, Amadablam and Tawache peak.continus trekking to Dole, Mochermo and Gokyo lake (4700m) is easy walk and Great view of Cho oyu and Cholotse.Gokyo Ri (5360m) is one of the best panorama View Pint in Khumbu region and probably you will see more then 95% Mountain include,Cho oyu, Gyachungkhang, Pumar, Everest, Lhote, Makalu,Khangenga, Thamasherku,Tawche,Cholotse and more.Nirekha Peak is famous Trekking Rote Chola pass, but from Chola Base Camp tiny trail to the north and just before the Glacier is Nirekha Base Camp. Base Camp to High camp is about 2-3 hrs.Nirekha peak is one of the difficult peak and we need fix Rope, Ice screw and clients need jumar.because climbing rote is south west face and there is really hard blue ice. also summit ridge is long way up and there are several deep kharavas.but views are imaging, Everest, Cho Oyu,Makalu, Amadablam and all Khumbu Himal.
