It's a long but fine trek from Hile or Tumlingtar along Arun River to the Makalu Base Camp in eastern Nepal. On this trek you will go through Arun Valley which is famous for its unique flora and fauna not only for Nepal but also for the world. Day 05. Hillepani – Tumlingtar 100m. - 5.5 hours .
Day 06. Tumlingtar – Kuwapani - 5.5 hours.
Day 07. Kuwapani – Chichila – 6 hours .
Day 08. Chichila – Num – 5.5 hours .
Day 09. Num- Seduwa – 5 hours .
Day 10. Seduwa – Tashigaun 2200m. – 6 hours .
Day 11. Tashigaun – Khongmadanda – 6 hours .
Day 12. Khongmadanda – Mumfuk – 5.5 hours .
Day 13. Mumfuk -Yangre Kharak - 6 hours .
Day 14. Yangle Khark –Mera – 6 hours .
Day 15. Mera -Sersung (half day rest) for Acclimatize
