Outline Itinerary


Day 01: Pick up from the International Airport, transfer to Hotel .
Day 02: Visa preparation and sightseeing in pashupatinath, Baudhanath stupa, and soyambunath with Guide.
Day 03: Flight from Kathmandu to Lhasa, early in the morning transfer to the airport for the flight from Kathmandu to Lhasa on China Southwest Airlines. This one hour Trans Himalayan Flight will give you an opportunity to have an aerial view of the Mt. Everest and other Himalayan Peaks. Arrival at Gonggar airport. After clearing immigration and customs it will be a two hour drive to cover the 93 km. to Lhasa which is situated at a altitude of 3650 meters (13,000ft) overnight in Hotel.
Day 04-05: Sightseeing in Lhasa, visit the Potala palace, Drepung and Sera monasteries, the Norbulinka and Jokhang.Overnight in Hotel.
Day 06: Drive from Lhasa gyantse, (3900 m) (270 km) along the way you cross the Kamba la (4794m) and the Karo la pass (5010m), both grant spectacular views. After the Kamba la you come to Yamdrok tso, also known as the Turquoise Lake. You'll want to have your camera ready. Overnight in Hotel.
Day 07: Drive from Gyantse to Shigatse (3800 m.) (95 km) In the morning visit Gyantse stupa and monastery followed by a two hour drive to Shigatse. Here see the giant Buddha in the famous Tashilumpo monastery. The seat of the Panchen Lama. Overnight in Hotel.
Day 08: Continues drive from Shigatse to Lhatse (4350 m.) (150 km) in the journey you cross over two high passes with fine views.probley you will have for lunch we stop in the small town of Lhatse. Overnight in Lhatse or Tingri. Here you will meet your Nepali staff for your onward journey to Mt Kailash.
Day 09: Drive to Saga (4450m) (290km) today is long driving day over the sandy and rocky land of Tibet, other things like lake, nomads chasing thousands of yaks and sheep keep you busy. By the late afternoon you will cross Bhramha Purtra River way to typical Chinese and Tibetan town, Saga for night. Overnight at Camp.
Day 10: Drive Saga to Paryang (4600m) (185 km) Jeeps and trucks roll on the wide valley following rivers and grazing land of yaks and sheep. Far south you can see snow covered peaks near by you, lots of rocky peaks and sand duns give you an ideal world. Depends on season, nomads and other mobile shopkeepers are attired by beautiful traditional costume, waiting your arrival with hot tea and other supplies along with big smile. Overnight at Camp.
Day 11: Drive Paryang to Mansarovar (4558m) (277km Drive towards Mayum-La (5010m) and continue the drive to Mansarovar Lake (4550m) Overnight camp. by the afternoon you can have the first sight of Holy Kailash Parbat and Mansarovar Lake. overnight at camp .
Day 12: Holy-Mansarovar kora: The best way you need one day extra for good acclimatization for Dolma-La pass which is (5600m).so rest day you can do mansarovar kora by jeep and mean time you can visit Jiwu temple and the Chu Gumba. By the kora, you will have fantastic view of Holy Kailash Parbat, Mt. Gurula-Mandala, Lake Rashekshi are lying on its surrounding. The region is considered rich for gold and other mines, hot springs and hundreds of wild living creatures. Overnight at camp.
Day 13: From Mansarovar drive to Darchen (4700m) Mansarovar is the lake of compassion, tranquility and bliss. After completing the memorable morning Bath and Puja we will be heading towards Darchen. It is considered as a base camp for the Holy Kailash Parikrama.overnight in Hotel.
Day 14: Drive to trekking starting point and Trek to Dehara Puk (5000m) it is one of the exciting days walking along the beautiful rocky cliffs. Time to time the face of Kailash Parbat will be keep on appearing. For 15 km trail it takes almost 4 hrs.
Day 15: Dehara Puk to Tea shop valley or Zhutul Puk: about three hrs walk up to the Doma-La pass (18600ft) (5600m) between two valleys: Yamasthal should be crossed to reach the Shiva-sthal while your steps go closer to the pass. Once you reach the top, just do the holiest offering and sit down for meditation to forget your self. Once your steps go down, Parvati-stal and Gauri Kunda are on the way. By the late afternoon you will arrive nice valley and there some tea shop. The best way you can spend the night in nice green valley and Zuthal Puk is very log way down. Because from zuthul puk to road is less then 2 hrs.overnight at camp.
Day 16: Finish the trek and drive to Mansarovar. Camp on the bank of Lake Mansarovar overnight at camp.
Day 17: Drive to Paryang (277km) 5 hr. overnight at camp.
Day 18: Drive Paryang to Saga (185km) 7-8 hrs. Overnight at camp.
Day 19: Drive to Nyalam (296km) 6-7 hr. overnight in Hotel
Day 20: Drive back to Kathmandu (163 km) 6 to 7 hr. overnight in Hotel.
Day 21: Free/shopping day in Kathmandu.
Day 22: Transfer to International Airport and fly home.
